Bright ruby-red color with violet highlights. On the nose, fresh aromas of crisp red fruits such as raspberry, redcurrant, cherry and sour cherry, accompanied by subtle floral notes. On the palate it is lively and fragrant, with a pleasant acidity that enhances the fruit’s freshness. The finish is supple and harmonious, with good persistence. It pairs perfectly with simple, flavorful dishes such as grilled white meats, fresh and semi-aged cheeses, and cured meats, enhancing the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine with its freshness.
