TERRAINCAMICIA ROSÉ

Rosé sparkling wine made from native Abruzzo red grapes, bottle-fermented. Cherry-pink color with fine perlage. On the nose, notes of red fruits and light yeast sensations stand out. On the palate it is fresh, savory and persistent. It can be enjoyed clear or shaken for greater complexity. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs with delicate cured meats, fried seafood, light first courses and Mediterranean cuisine dishes, accompanying the vibrant flavors of each course with its freshness and savoriness.

Winemaking: crushing and destemming, gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. Natural refermentation in the bottle.
Ageing: on the lees in the bottle until consumption.

Color: cherry-pink with the typical haze of bottle refermentation.
Bouquet: notes of fresh red fruits (wild strawberry, cherry), with floral hints and light yeasty nuances.

Taste: fresh, savory and persistent, with fine bubbles and a harmonious finish.
Particularity: it can be enjoyed clear, after decanting, or shaken to enhance its more rustic and complex character.
Food pairings: ideal as an aperitif, it pairs with delicate, not overly spicy cured meats, risottos and light first courses. Also perfect with fried foods and seafood appetizers.
