Particularity: it can be enjoyed clear, after decanting, or shaken to appreciate its more rustic, traditional style.
Food pairings: excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with fried seafood, light Mediterranean dishes, pizzas and savory pastries. Also ideal with soft cheeses, which harmonize with its delicate yeasty note.
