Sparkling wine made from Trebbiano grapes with natural bottle refermentation. Straw yellow in color, it offers aromas of white fruit, bread crust and yeast. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with fine effervescence. It can be enjoyed clear, after decanting, or shaken to appreciate its more rustic version. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs with fried seafood, light Mediterranean dishes, pizzas, savory pastries and fresh cheeses, enhancing every bite with its vibrant freshness and delicate bubbles.
